Our client is a start-up organisation looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of UX/CX Strategy and Design to lead the user experience and customer experience initiatives for our innovative SaaS platform. As the driving force behind our UX/CX strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the overall design direction and ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for our users and customers.
Key Responsibilities will include
- Develop and articulate the UX/CX vision and strategy for our SaaS platform, aligning with organizational goals.
- Drive the integration of design thinking into product development processes.
- Conduct thorough user and customer research to understand behaviors, pain points, and expectations within the SaaS environment.
- Translate research insights into actionable strategies to enhance the overall UX/CX.
- Demonstrate hands-on expertise in UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) and SaaS-specific design tools.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, software engineers, and technical stakeholders to ensure the alignment of design strategies with technical capabilities.
- Facilitate effective communication between design and technical teams, fostering a harmonious development process.
- Ensure a user-centric and customer-centric approach in the development and enhancement of SaaS products.
- Lead the creation of interactive prototypes for SaaS product features, overseeing user testing and feedback processes.
- Develop and maintain design documentation, style guides, and CX standards specific to our SaaS platform.
Who we're looking for
- Must have Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX design, CX, HCI, or a related field.
- Must have proven experience of 10+ in UX/CX design with a focus on leading teams in the development of SaaS products.
- Proficiency in UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) and SaaS-specific design tools.
- Understanding of front-end development technologies relevant to SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with coding languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for effective collaboration with SaaS developers.
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate a team towards a common vision for SaaS design excellence.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to address complex SaaS design and experience challenges.
