Our is a market in leader in the Energy Sector looking for a Director of Digital Transformation and Innovation responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to drive digital innovation, streamline operations, and enhance customer experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide thought leadership, and leverage your deep understanding of digital technologies to optimise business processes and deliver tangible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities will include
- Develop Digital Transformation Strategy, define and communicate the organisation’s digital transformation vision, goals, and roadmap.
- Drive Digital Innovation, identify and evaluate emerging technologies, such as AI, IoT, blockchain, cloud computing, and data analytics, to drive innovation and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives, collaborate with various departments, including IT, marketing, sales, operations, and finance, to identify digital transformation needs and implement effective solutions.
- Chair a cross-functional digital transformation steering committee to ensure collaboration, alignment, and timely execution of initiatives.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve transformation goals and deliver successful outcomes.
- Optimise Business Processes, conduct thorough assessments of existing business processes and identify areas for optimisation, automation, and digitisation.
- Enhance Customer Experiences, champion a customer-centric approach to digital transformation, ensuring that technology solutions align with customer needs and preferences.
Who we're looking for
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, Information Technology, or relevant discipline.
- Must have minimum 14 years of experience working within the technology domain with 6 years of experience in driving and implementing digital transformation strategy on a large scale across group of companies.
- Strong understanding of emerging digital technologies, industry trends, and their business applications.
- You will be able to demonstrate your experience in strategic planning, project management and change management.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills are crucial for a role that will collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
