Our client is a multinational organization and technology services provider in cloud, digital, cyber and IoT/AI looking for a Business Development Lead to responsible and accountable for leading large scale, complex, project-based sales pursuits from qualification stage to contract closing.


Key Responsibilities will include

  • Define and execute the win strategy, deal shaping commercial strategy, competitive strategy, relationship strategy and close plan for the deal in line with internal bid governance policies/ requirements
  • Coordinate timely internal approvals and influence the development of complex value proposition that meet customer expectations and enterprise business goals
  • Build, foster and maintain senior/executive relationships internally, to shape deals while working with client directors and Presales teams from across multiple LoBs
  • Lead the pursuit and management of large-scale/ complex project- typically, sales that will draw on solutions across multiple solution and service offerings across multiple Lines of Business 
  • Define and execute the win strategy, deal shaping commercial strategy, competitive strategy, relationship strategy and close plan for the deal
  • Oversee overall quality of deliverables covering client presentations, proposal submissions and commercial & contractual negotiations
  • In line with internal governance, assemble and lead a cross-functional internal team and create/execute opportunity close plan for large and complex deals
  • Oversee and lead bid teams in the planning and delivery of bid submissions in line with agreed strategies
  • Act as a point of contact for customers during the tendering process

Who we're looking for

  • Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology or related fields.
  • Must have 10+ years of total experience in enterprise technology sales and consulting driving customer business outcomes.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a leadership commercial position in B2B technology organization
  • Deep knowledge of B2B Digital Products, Market Analysis & Research, Technical Bid Development.
  • Excellent Partnership building, communication and negotiation skills.

What's on offer

  • SAR 40,000 - 45,000 per month (base, housing and other allowances) + Commission
